The Design Center at IRCC

The IRCC Design Center assists residents with the selection of licensed, insured and reputable contractors for various remodeling projects. The Design Center Coordinator keeps a list of the current IRCC approved contractors. An IRCC approved contractor has a good or above rating with the Better Business Bureau and has completed three or more projects in the community.

Evaluation reports for contractors for completed projects are kept on file in the Design Center and are available for review for residents wanting to remodel their homes. Also available are copies of current house plans and property surveys. The Design Center Coordinator also works with the residents and contractors for all projects needing approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

There is a house file for every home in the community. The house file contains original construction documents and submitted improvements made to the home since construction. Copies of these documents are available on request. With the assistance of the home owner, the Design Center keeps these files as current as possible.
